30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging. Please also have your order number or proof of purchase ready.

To start a return, just contact us at badinternetstudio@gmail.com. Let us know your order number and the reason for the return, and we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label with your return instructions.

Return shipping is free for all U.S. returns.

Prefer a different color or style? We're happy to offer exchanges too. Just tell us what you'd like instead when you contact us.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to appear. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
